• Sign property management agreement
• Complete new client onboarding forms

• Coordinate property repairs, maintenance and renovations via a referral network (painters, general contractors, carpet cleaners, house cleaners, HVAC, handyman, movers, junk removal, etc.)
• Review final rental analysis

• Activate rental listing
• Facilitate property tours with
